With top-class greens, the famous Blackpool seafront on your doorstep and five nights at the welcoming Cliffs Hotel, there’s plenty to look forward to whether you’re here to compete, support a bowler or simply enjoy the atmosphere.
Your home for the week
The Cliffs Hotel offers comfortable, spacious rooms and suites, many with stunning views across the Promenade, beach and sea. With plush bedding, high-speed internet, flat-screen TVs and everything you need for a relaxing stay, you’ll have a comfortable base to return to after a day on the greens.
Your stay includes five nights’ half-board accommodation, with breakfast and evening meals included, giving you more time to concentrate on your bowling and enjoy the company of fellow players and supporters.
And this year, we’ve made the Cliffs Classic even better for companions, with an enhanced £30 discount for non-bowlers. So, bring along your partner, family member or supporter and make it a week away for everyone.
Four days of bowling
There’s plenty of opportunity to get on the greens, with entry into four days of bowling across our Men’s and Ladies’ Singles competitions, as well as the Mixed Pairs.
And for anyone looking to sharpen their game or pick up a few tips, Crown Green legend Brian Duncan will be on hand throughout the festival to share his knowledge and insight.
With cash prizes and permanent trophies for finalists in all competitions, there’s plenty to play for.
More than just bowling
When the bowls are packed away for the day, there’s still plenty happening back at the hotel.
Guests can enjoy exclusive drinks discounts of up to 40%, along with nightly entertainment including bingo, pub quizzes, singers, entertainers and comedians. It’s all part of what makes the Cliffs Classic such an enjoyable week, both on and off the green.
NEW for 2027 – optional bus transport
We’re also making it easier to get to and from the greens this year with optional bus transportation.
