Illuminations Bowling Festival 2026 – Bookings Open Monday!

We’re excited to announce that bookings for the 2026 Illuminations Bowling Festival will open on Monday 3 November!

A favourite in the bowling calendar, this friendly and sociable festival combines top-class greens, great company, and the famous Blackpool seafront lights for a fantastic week of bowling and seaside fun.

Our main base will once again be the Cliffs Hotel, offering comfortable rooms, friendly hospitality, nightly entertainment, and all festival meetings and presentations.

In response to valuable feedback from our bowlers, we’ve also arranged additional single rooms at the Norbreck Castle Hotel. While we moved away from the Norbreck previously, a number of guests have requested its return to provide more single-room options. We’ve listened - and we’re pleased to make this possible for 2026.

Please note that the Norbreck offers accommodation at a lower standard than the Cliffs in terms of rooms, food, and service. Guests choosing this option will be responsible for making their own way to the Cliffs for all meetings, entertainment, and presentations.

This festival remains one of the friendliest and most enjoyable events in our calendar, and with limited spaces available, early booking is advised.
